Eric Montano, President
Eric was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He emigrated to the U.S.A. in 1996, shortly after his high school graduation. In 1997 he enrolled at The City College of New York, where he earned his Bachelor's in Social Sciences in Economics. While attending college, Eric held various employment positions, which allowed him to make full display of his abilities and to grow into an exceptional leader.
He served as a Station Manager at Alamo/National Car Rental, a position that allowed him to grow into a mature professional, and prepared him for his role as an entrepreneur. In 2006 he began his employment at the NYC Department of Education, where he rapidly escalated positions until becoming an Administrator.
In 2013, he earned his Master’s Degree in Accounting from Kaplan University Business School. His lastest accomplishment includes the establishment of M3 MULTISERVICES INC, with his partners Milagros Liriano, (his mother), and Yakelyn Morales.
His devotion is his family; he enjoys a wonderful marriage, and has three beautiful daughters and one beautiful boy.
Milagros Liriano, Vice President
Milagros was born in the Dominican Republic and immigrated to the USA in 1994. She attended O&M University in Santo Domingo as an Accounting Major. She began her career in accounting at a very early age. In 1982 she started working for Discomundo (the #1 music record production & manufacturing company in the Dom. Rep.) as Manager of the Accounting Dept. When she decided to immigrate to the USA, rather than lose her job, Discomundo decided to open a remote office in NYC so that Milagros could continue to handle their bookkeeping.
When she noticed the lack of guidance and information in the Hispanic community with regards to income tax preparation, Milagros decided to immerse herself in studies of that subject and completed her studies in 2004. Since then, she has offered income tax preparation and bookkeeping services to the general public. Milagros is constantly updating her knowledge of the laws by way of continuing education, in order to always provide the best services to her clients.
As a human being, Milagros is a great person, who is always willing to help others and does her best to resolve a situation. Her family has always been her inspiration to seek after the ‘American Dream’. At the same time, she has inspired her children to become college graduates and to always desire to better themselves.
The establishment of this company, in partnership with her eldest son, Eric Montano, is a direct reflection of her character as a mother and as a professional.
In the last couple of years, Milagros decided to pursue her dreams of opening her own business. In 2013, along with her business partners, Eric Montano and Yakelyn Morales, they established M3 MULTISERVICES INC.

Yakelyn Morales, Vice President
Yakelyn was born in the Dominican Republic and emigrated to the U.S.A. in 1985. She studied accounting in her native country and later continued her studies here in America. Accounting has always been her passion. She has practiced in this field for many years; she is currently a member of the accounting department at large Garment company.
Yakelyn is the definition of a 'people's person'. Her goal in life is to help as many people as possible. She is actively involved in the community, whether it is charities, volunteering, church, or in any way she can find to help others. Her core is her family and she serves as a great role model to her three daughters.
In addition to her vast accounting experience, Yakelyn immersed herself in tax preparation studies and, along with her business partners Milagros Liriano, and Eric Montano, established M3 MULTISERVICES INC. with the goal of bringing a full service firm to the community that not only prepares taxes and provides several other services, but also focuses on building long-lasting relationships and educating clients throughout the entire process.
Yakelyn is a true professional; one that will always provide a friendly and pleasant experience with a great smile.
